What is included in my ticket?

When you purchase a Regular Ticket, you have access to all activities included in the line up. On top of that you can add “ADD ONS” activities, which are offered by facilitators and therapist residents in Tarifa, with a very special discount. This way you can design your own program, beyond our offer and create for you a unique experience, while discovering the Wellness gems that Tarifa hosts.

Where is the location of TSF?

TSF takes place primarily in Tarifa's old town; that is, it's not a single, enclosed venue exclusively for our event, but rather in various locations. We have several stages and spaces, both outdoors and indoors. A map with the specific locations will be published.
Our spaces are:
THE SUN (located in Plaza 5 de Oros, next to the Alameda): our largest stage, an open-air space with shade.
THE TEMPLE (Church of Santa Maria): a place for reflection, more introspective activities, and talks.
THE COSMOS (Guzmán el Bueno Castle)
THE BEACH (Tarifa Beach, opposite Dunna Beach)
Also, remember that the festival features special activities, offered by facilitators in various locations both within and outside the town. Check the "Add-Ons" section for local facilitators to contact them and enjoy their activities and services.
What should I bring?

Come with comfortable clothes, a jacket in case it gets fresh. Bring your own yoga mat, a refillable water bottle, a hat and cash for our special market.
If you are planing to attend the Men´s workshop, please join with light coloured clothes and if you are planing to attend the female Tantra workshop bring at least one red dress.

Where can I stay and eat?

Tarifa offers plenty of accommodation options We have partner up with several hotels and hostels where you can stay at a 10% discount when mentioning and proving that you bought your TSF ticket.
Furthermore, our list of local facilitators in Tarifa offers a wide selection of healthy restaurants that primarily include vegan and vegetarian options on their menus. This way, you can enjoy the impressive local cuisine.
Do children need a ticket? Can they join the activities?

Children aged 0–11 years can attend Tarifa Spirit Festival free of charge, so there is no need to purchase a festival ticket for them.
They are welcome to join many of the activities included in the main festival programme, although some experiences—such as Women's Circles, Men's Circles, or other sessions designed specifically for adults—may not be suitable for children, specially at the Temple Stage.
As every workshop is unique, we recommend checking directly with the facilitator if you are unsure whether a particular activity is appropriate for your child. We'll be happy to help point you in the right direction.
For families looking for dedicated children's activities, La Casa del Mar offers Spirit Kids, an optional childcare and activity programme for children aged 3–12 years:

Are activities in English or Spanish?

Most activities will be lead in Spanish and English, although Nervous System Regulation and Astrology talks will be lead just in Spanish.
Most of the activities in Tarifa Spirit Festival are designed to be felt, so trust that despite you might not understand fully the language, you will receive the message :). The festival is being designed in such a way that wherever you attend you will feel connected and integrated.
